Consultations

Leo does not give medical advice and is not a medical doctor.

We receive requests for Leo’s personal attention to individual questions and concerns on subjects in his interest/expertise areas. Though Leo wishes he could take all such requests, he is faced with the opportunity cost of less research and development into building more knowledge for future free content that can potentially help people at more scale.

In December of 2021, we ceased taking consultations and refunded all the valued subscribers who would accept a refund. As of February 1st, we will re-open consultations on a permanently limited basis.

Due to the volume at which Leo formerly took consultations, he did not do video calls and was unable to prepare extensively for each consultation. With the change in our desired pricing and volume, Leo will meticulously and exhaustively review all material that you present in the documents sent to our admin email.

If you include questions you planned to ask as an attachment to your email, he will be fully up-to-date on the academic literature regarding any subject included in that list of questions.

If appropriate, he will also present you with citations and links for further inquiry with specialists during the video call.

  1. We are unable to extend consultations on the day of consultations. Time constraints are firm.

  2. We are unable to offer over an hour of total consultation time per person per week.

  3. We are unable to offer discounts for multiple consultation purchases.

  4. We are unable to accept consultations between 5:00 pm PST and 3:00 am PST.

  5. All consultations occur on Zoom. You will be sent a scheduled invitation.

  6. There is usually a waitlist for consultations. If you are unable to wait, email admin@leoandlongevity.com to inquire about current wait times.

  7. We accept payment in cryptocurrency. Please contact admin@leoandlongevity.com for info.

After your payment, you will receive an email from admin@leoandlongevity.com. In response, you should:

  1. If it is your first time booking a consultation since 2022, you will be sent and need to return a brief Client Information form. If you do not do so, we must refund you.

  2. If you have any supporting documentation or information that you would like Leo to see, including your own written notes, please attach them to your email response. As Leo is taking such limited consultations, he will have the time to review anything you send in great detail.

  3. If you know which questions you want to ask Leo, consider writing them down and attaching that document to your email also. Leo is more creative when he’s had time to sleep on something.

  4. In your email, inform the admin staff whether you would like to use the video feature during your Zoom call – Leo is willing to use video also.

Note that Leo is unable to offer coaching advice, email responses, or any other direct method of communication due to the volume of communication we receive and his dedication to research.

If you wish to contact Leo, other than for the above consultations, please only email admin@leoandlongevity, not leo@leoandlongevity. Staff will screen your message and pass it along, if needed.
